Once your session is confirmed, you'll receive:

• A short intake form to help tailor your frequency infusion

• Instructions on how to prepare

• An optional opportunity to include a photo or item to place in the scalar field (transmitter/receiver/or both)

To get the most from your experience:

• Hydrate well (water carries frequency beautifully)

• Set a clear intention, or trust that what’s meant will arise

• Allow time for gentle integration after the session

• Journal, rest, or receive quietly as your field attunes
